I have checked the account settings and the password is set. Since this weekend i can no longer log in to my talk21.com e mail via any web browser or the outlook 365 client that has worked perfectly for Cannot access email login page from android, progress bar goes about a quarter across then nothing, not even reached user / password

However, there was a further problem when i closed down and restarted my system in that bt mail seemed to hang when another tab (bbc news) was slow to open. I’m having trouble login to my email account on my main computer I have no problem accessing it via my ipad or phone, i need to delete a few emails, and to do it individually on my ipad would be painful i put in my name and password and then it says i need bt 2 step authorisation I have spent hours over the past few days trying to get into my email
