I know someone who is a mechanic After reading this forum, i've decided to try seafoam in gas, before oil change and during oil change. He informed me that seafoam motor treatment would be beneficial to my cars engine

Imo nothing wrong with running. I would use a seafoam motor treatment Put 1/2 in gas tank Put 1/2 in the plenum (i usually remove the brake booster vacuum line and start the engine and slow pour the 1/2.
