Metro has an awful customer service system so i won't be able to find out whose bill was paid with my account until monday I have metro pcs as my carrier, hope that helps If anyone has had any similar charges please share

If i go to the resolution center, it gives me the transaction, with two seperate id's, one that says the authorization for metro pcs was completed and the other saying that the payment is pending and under the pending it tells me a temporary hold through paypal has been place on.
When i choose “call” on the other hand, it goes straight to a screen which says “sorry, we can’t verify it’s you” without even giving me a call This is very frustrating as it was working fine a few days ago
