️💰check out this $29 glock holster from gritr gear!. Since i don't want to buy a new trigger bar, i took your advice and had a 'close' look at the trigger/trigger bar connection I bought a flat faced trigger and need to take the plastic trigger off the trigger bar to install the flat faced one
My guess is drill out the metal pin but thought i'd ask first
Push out the trigger housing pin Gently lift the trigger housing by pulling up underneath the ejector Grab the trigger housing on both sides and simply pull the trigger assembly out of the frame. Lay the right side of the oe trigger ‘shoe’ on an armorer’s support block that will allow pin removal
With a 1/16th pin punch and small hammer, tap the head of the trigger bar connector pin only (silver in color) smartly, driving it entirely through the oe trigger. If you own a glock, its important to know how to completely disassemble it For a detailed, step by step guide, check out this resource from 80% arms! I punch the pins out from left to right (gun pointed away.) pull up on the locking block and remove the trigger assembly as a unit

I finally figured out how to remove the g42's trigger bar the first time every time Unlike other glock models, the g42's slide lock lever (which locks the trigger pin in in place) is under tension from underneath (it's being pushed up and not down).
